Renowned South African painter Francois Badenhorst was well-known for his realistic approach to still life, landscape, seascape, and portrait painting. He was known as South Africa’s finest Baobab painter and had a fondness for painting landscapes of the bushveld while growing up in the Northern Province of the country.
