Delivery policy
Requests will be processed within 7 working days and given to a courier company for delivery, subject to stock availability and payment receipt. In addition to ensuring that the items reach the User’s designated delivery address in the same good order, the Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order.
Refund policy
If, upon receiving your order, you’re not happy with what you bought, just contact our team within 7 days, and we’ll be happy to pick it up at your expense and provide a refund—as long as the item is in its original packing and in its original condition.
We retain the right to impose an administration fee of 10% on returned orders, even if this is rarely the case, in the event that the returns procedure results in considerable administrative costs.
