South African-born artist Willie Strydom is based there. There have been nationwide exhibitions of his works. His primary source of inspiration for recreating sceneries with vivid colors is his love of color. Strydom uses both oils and acrylics in his landscapes, cityscapes, and seascapes, applying a distinct technique to each medium.
