Multi-talented artist Nic van Rensburg focuses on landscapes with warm colors. He picked up painting skills by keen observation. He created his own style without receiving any official instruction. The past ten years have been spent as a full-time artist. In 2003, he began with scenes from Tuscany and continued to develop the theme in line with his own style. He also paints children and a range of classical figures. In addition, he sculpts in bronze and paints wildlife studies. He paints on canvas and leather using acrylics and oils.He has shown in Paris, France, and in 2001 the South African Embassy invited him to show his sculptures and fauna. Private collections in England, Canada, France, America, Australia, and South Africa contain his artwork.
